Hi Jacqui,

Hope you are well!

I just thought I'd email and tell you how well Joshua is doing! To be honest, when we were discussing these sleeping and eating routines I thought it would never work, but it has!

We started the programme the day after we saw you and it started working like a charm. In the beginning getting him to sleep at the correct times through the day was difficult, but after a few days it really started working.
We wake him up at 6am (sometimes he's already awake and lays talking to his sleep toy), we feed him and then it's play time till 8am. At this stage he's already rubbing his eyes and wants to sleep. He sleeps well until 9:30 and again between 11h30-13h00. He has his 1st solid (cereal) when he wakes at 9:30. He usually won't sleep for the entire time between 15h00-16h30. Either Warren or myself arrive home at 17h00 and then it's play time, dinner time (2nd solid - a vegetable and fruit), bath time and he gets put down at 19h00. This way we also get to spend some time with him. He sleeps straight through till 6am!! Obviously he still moans in-between but he never makes it to the 15 min mark, he always passes out around 10 min.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for your help and guidance. It's great to know that there is help out there and nobody need suffer.

Thanks & Regards,
Lucille
