Cheyanne Gowar (6 months)

Cheyanne Gowar (6 months)

Our Little Cheyanne was never a bad sleeper but never a good sleeper. She either had really good nights or really bad ones - until she started to teeth, her good nights turned into bad and her bad nights turned into terrible.

After a month of teething and no sleep her teeth finally came through and everything settled down, except her sleep. She had formed such bad sleep habits while she was teething and after many nights of no sleep life seemed to be falling apart.

Cheyanne was run down from not having sleep, I was getting sick and my poor husband was exhausted during the day while trying to work - we were desperate!

We gave Jacqui a call and set up a meeting - it was the best thing we could have ever done. Within a couple of nights and days of doing what Jacqui had suggested we had a happy sleeping, eating baby and a mum and dad who were starting to feel normal again.

Having a day time routing is great as I can plan my day around her sleep and awake times. It used to take me 30/45 minutes to put Cheyanne to sleep during the day, only to have her nap for 20 minutes. After following the advice we got I now pop Cheyanne down in her cot when it is time to nap, she smiles at me as I walk out the room and generally falls asleep in about 5 minutes (during the 5 minutes she sings and talks to herself and is completely content with being there). She sleeps for a full hour and half and wakes up happy and content after every nap.

Night time is as easy as during the day, we say good night and have a little cuddle before I pop her down to sleep, she is happy and knows it is bed time, she settles herself and goes to sleep generally within a couple of minutes and that is the last we hear from her until I wake her up at 6am the next morning.

Baby Love and Jacqui have really helped in make parenting a happy and joyful experience.

Thank you from a well-rested and happy family.
