Kiara Jansen (11 months)

Kiara Jansen (11 months)

My husband and I were at the end of our tether. Our 3rd child, Kiara (11 months), was waking every 40 minutes during the night. The only way she would go back to sleep was if I breastfed her. In addition it took around 1 hr to put her down at night. This was impacting negatively on the other two children and on my husband and my relationship. Kiara was also only sleeping for 20 mins at a time during the day and not eating very well.

Friends recommended we contact Jacqui from Baby Love. My husband and I were very skeptical as had tried two other sleep training techniques in the past and thought "this won't work on our baby".

But we were so exhausted and desperate that we decided to give it a go.

After two days of following the Baby Love routine, Kiara was sleeping through the night (11 hrs straight) without waking, and still is!. After two weeks, she was having 1.5 hr naps during the day (vs her 20mins) where we would often have to wake her. Kiara is also eating much better and now seems to be a much more contented and secure baby.

The fact that we now also don't spend most our evening putting her (rocking her) to sleep, means that we have more time to spend with our older two children and with each other.

Baby Love changed our lives and I am so grateful to Jacqui for her support and guidance.

Thanks so much
