Paige Ridley (7.5 months)

Paige was a good sleeper until about 5 months, from then on she started to wake every 1 hours in the night and would need to sleep in the bed with myself and my husband as she would need to be breastfed to fall back to sleep.

To get her to fall asleep at bedtime, I had to hold her and pat and rock her until she fell asleep and often when I would put her down she would wake and I would have to start all over again. The lack of sleep and interruption in the bed started to take its toll and at 7 months I started with the Baby Love Sleep and Routine training program.

The first night was tough as we put her in her own bed in her own room and used the firmer approach of sleep training. It took ONLY 1 night of several tears for her and I and from then on she slept through the night. Her daytime routine has also improved as although she was a good daytime sleeper she needed to be rocked to sleep.

Paige is now 10 months and her sleeping routine is a breeze.
