I met Jacqui in 2016 when we began to sleep train our than 8 month old baby girl. So when we had our second child there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to sleep train her too. This time I decided to start from 4 months. Up to this point we had an erratic napper who would nap anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours. It was difficult to be predictable. We began sleep training on a Monday morning; the first day was difficult for both baby and us. There were tears all round. Thereafter it started getting easier. A week down the line she has all her 1.5 hour naps and usually wakes for only one feed in the middle of the night. I am so ecstatic at this change because it means I get to spend more meaningful time with my older daughter. The routine really works and Jacqui is amazing at providing the motivation it requires to persist.
