Dear Jacqui,

Our success story - yay!

Parenthood has exceeded all our expectations but chronic sleep deprivation was really taking a toll. From day 1 David was an atrocious sleeper and along the way we had tried various sleep training methods with variable success. At 22 months David was still waking multiple times at night, getting 1 - 2 bottles at night and ending up in our bed most nights. He was using his Mom as his sleep prop! With a new baby arriving in 6 weeks time we were getting desperate.

After hearing about Baby love and reading the success stories I knew that your method was the way to go. We were so motivated but really needed the guidelines to follow knowing they had worked for others. It has been so much easier than expected! After a fairly difficult first night we were pleasantly surprised at how well the system worked. We have had a few protest nights down the road but very minor and if he wakes at night he is usually able to put himself back to sleep within the allotted 15 minutes. Over the last 4 weeks he has not had a bottle at night or been in our bed once, he has been away on holiday sleeping in a camp cot with little problem and has graduated to his big boy bed at home! He even waves goodbye and says "tata mama" when he gets put down for a sleep.

Baby love has really changed our lives and we'll definitely apply the principles to the new arrival.

Thank you so much.
